Conditions for opening an account by Physical persons
  

"Converse Bank" CJSC offers to resident and non resident physical individuals to open a current account in the Bank and use all services with good conditions. For account opening the following documents are necessary:
Documents to be submitted by the Customer:

  • Identification document /passport or military book/
  • Social security card or a document certifying its unavailability /for RA residents/

Blanks provided by the Bank:

  • Application on opening an account /for individuals/ (fill in)

You may previously send the "Application on Opening an Account" through the Bank website, based on which the bank will reserve an account for you. In this case it is required to send the aforementioned documents within 7 days. After submission of required documents the Bank signs "Agreement on opening and keeping bank account/accounts" with the Customer (fill in).
If you have chosen the version "through internet" for reception of statements, then you are invited to send with your documents portfolio the "Application on viewing current account statements electronic version" (fill in).
You may view your account statements directly through the Bank website by registering in "My Converse" system.
Joint accounts are also available in "Converse Bank". If the joint account management right is provided to account-holders separately, then the submission of written permission of other account-holders authenticated by notary is obligatory.
The customer shall submit to "Converse Bank" the originals of required documents or the notarized copies, except for documents given by the bank.     

Conditions for opening an account for Legal entities  

Hereby, "Converse Bank" CJSC offers resident and non-resident legal entities to open an account and have access to all bank services on beneficial terms. The below documents are required for opening a bank account:

For resident legal entities:  
Documents to be presented by the Customer:
  • Charter
  • Minutes of the constituent assembly of the company, organization of corresponding organizational-legal type, determined by the RA Legislation /in case the information on the shareholders and shares is not stated in the charter/
  • Certificate of the Customer's registration in the RA State Register, and in case the Customer is a non-governmental organization - certificate of registration, recorded in the Ministry of Justice
  • Fiscal identification code
  • Extracts from orders or resolutions on appointment of managers /if the director is registered in the Customer's certificate of registration in the State Register of the RA, the appointment order is not required/
  • Copies of the managers' passports /who may act as account managers/
  • Information on shareholders, participants (if absent in the charter), including:
    a/ In case the shareholders, participants are individuals - information on the size of share holding, data of the personal identification document, registration address, telephone number
    b) In case the shareholders, participants are legal entities - the organization's charter, fiscal identification code, certificate of registration in the State Register (in case the entity is an Open Joint-Stock Company - information on shareholders whose share is over 5%).

Documents to be filled in the Bank forms:

  • Application for opening an account /for legal entities/ (fill in)
  • One pattern of the "card of specimen signatures and round stamp imprint" of the Customer's fund managers (confirmed either by the Bank employee or authorized person, or notarized)/(fill in)

  • Constitutive documents in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the given country
  • Extracts from orders or resolutions on appointment of managers /in case the appointment is not backed up with other documents/
  • Copies of the managers' passports /who may act as account managers/
  • Information on shareholders, participants /if absent in the charter/, including:
    a/ In case the shareholders, participants are individuals - information on the size of share holding, data of the personal identification document, registration address, telephone number
    b/ In case the shareholders, participants are legal entities - the organization's charter, fiscal identification code, certificate of registration in the State Register /in case the entity is an Open Joint-Stock Company - information on shareholders whose share is over 5%/.

Conditions for opening an account for Individual entrepreneurs

Hereby, "Converse Bank" CJSC offers sole entrepreneurs to open an account and have access to all bank services on beneficial terms. The below documents are required for opening a bank account:
Documents to be presented by the Customer:

  • Certificate of the Customer's registration in the RA State Register
  • Fiscal identification code
  • Passport

Documents to be filled in the Bank forms:

  • Application for opening an account /for legal entities/ (fill in)
  • One pattern of the "card of specimen signatures and round stamp imprint" of the Customer's fund managers, registered in the territorial bodies of Tax Inspectorate (fill in)

Conditions for opening insolvency and special-purpose accounts

The following documents are required for opening insolvency accounts:
Documents to be presented by the Customer:

  • Verdict of the Court on acknowledgement of the organization's insolvency
  • Decision of the Court on "Appointment of insolvency manager"

Documents to be filled in the Bank forms:

  • Application for opening an account /for legal entities and sole entrepreneurs/ (fill in)
  • One pattern of the "card of specimen signatures and round stamp imprint" of the insolvency manager (fill in)

For opening special-purpose accounts the following documents are required: 

The special-purpose account can be opened only for Bank customers, already possessing all documents required for opening an account.

  • Application for opening a special-purpose account, stating the purpose thereof

The Customers should submit the originals or the certified by notary copies of the documents. If the Customer submits the originals the authorized person of the Bank must put a stamp "Authentic with the original" on all copied pages and properly signed, after which the legal entity should put the round seal of the company, whereas the individual just puts his/her signature, then the originals are returned to Customer.
